Matt received a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. 

Prior to his work at Siegel Associates, he gained engineering experience at Gale Associates of Weymouth, MA, ASEC Corporation of Boston, and Northeast Engineers of Middletown, R.I. 

Matt is accomplished in the investigation, design and repair of existing and new steel, concrete, masonry, precast concrete, and timber buildings, bridges and marine structures.
