This 4-story mixed-use project consists of 40,000 square feet of residential and 10,000 square feet of office over a 54-bay underground parking garage.  The garage is in the water table so the slab and foundation walls are designed as a heavy "bathtub".  The first floor commercial level is framed with concrete and steel.  Three residential levels above are carried on steel beams, columns, and wood-frame infill.
